Every listing shows a condition grade. Here's what the common ones mean, and the defect warranty each carries. Full details are in our return policy.
New with warranty
Overstock or discontinued models, usually in the original packaging, which may show wear.
Open Box with warranty
Overstock, display models or unused returns in opened or replacement packaging. May have small cosmetic marks.
Refurbished with warranty
Inspected, tested, cleaned and repaired as needed to work as intended. May show light signs of use.
Used Working
Previously used and tested for basic function. Expect cosmetic wear and possibly missing accessories.
We pay return shipping on approved warranty claims. Other grades, such as plain Open Box, Returns and Salvage, have no warranty and are priced lower to match.

Do liquidation appliances work?
It depends on the condition grade. Refurbished items have been tested and repaired as needed, Used Working items have been tested for basic function, and Open Box and New items are usually unused. Returns are untested and priced to reflect that. Every listing shows its grade.
Do your appliances come with a warranty?
Items graded New with warranty, Open Box with warranty or Refurbished with warranty carry a 14-day defect warranty, and Used Working items carry 7 days. We pay return shipping on approved claims. Other grades, including Returns and Salvage, have no warranty, so check the grade on each listing.
Can you ship appliances across Canada?
Yes. Eligible items ship anywhere in Canada, or you can pick up for free at 95 Circassion Dr, Dartmouth, NS, Saturday to Monday from 10 AM to 6 PM.
What's the difference between open box and refurbished?
Open Box items are usually unused overstock, display models or unopened returns in opened packaging. Refurbished items were previously used, then inspected, tested, cleaned and repaired as needed to work as intended, and may show light cosmetic wear.
